Maintenance Services Includes:

*Overview of work to be determined on the type of equipment that is being maintained.

Heating One-Time Service

$125

  • New filter to be replaced (at owner’s expense).
  • Gas pressure reading.
  • Check the sequence of operation for an abnormal start-up.
  • Clean flame sensor.
  • Inspect electrical for damage or fried wires.
  • Check voltage levels with a multimeter.
  • Check the function of the transformer.
  • Check vacuum hoses for damage or cracks or leaks in the drain line.
  • Vacuum the inside of the furnace to remove debris and dust.
  • Complete wipe down of furnace.

AC One-Time Service

$125

  • Check the capacitance rating on the capacitor.
  • Clean the condenser coil. (In case of disassembling the unit, a degreaser may have to be
    used)
  • Check low and high voltage.
  • Open the control panel of the unit to inspect the wires and connections.
  • Evaporator coil will be inspected to determine the performance of the inner coils and fins.
  • Remove debris from the evaporator coil.
  • Repair damaged insulation, to prevent condensation on the garage floor.
  • Inspection of the electronic air filter.

Heating Only – One Year Plan

$250

Includes 2 visits for furnace maintenance.

  • Each visit will occur in the Fall/Winter
  • Includes everything in a one time maintenance option*

Plus:

  • Trip Fee avoidance (value of $155.00)
  • Priority Service
  • 15% Discount on any other services, equipment,
    parts, and/or labor.

Heating & AC – One Year Plan

$375

Includes 3 maintenance visits, we will provide a schedule at time of purchase.

Each visit will be according to the season:

  • Spring/ Summer for Air Conditioner.
  • Fall/ Winter for Furnace.
  • Includes everything in a one time maintenance options*

Plus:

  • Trip Fee avoidance (value of $155.00)
  • Priority Service
  • 15% Discount on any other services, equipment,
    parts, and/or labor.
